Introducing business stakeholders to their Building Engines account manager
Reviewing and confirming sales process information
Creating and reviewing the Quick Start Project Plan

two Configuration

– 1 Day to 1 Week
During the configuration phase, we gather your data and configure the system to best deliver your desired objectives, including:

Data collection and population
Site creation
Workflow and notification setup

three Implementation & Deployment

– 1 to 3 Weeks (varies by portfolio size)
Our Quick Start implementation plan gets your team using the system in the shortest possible time. We train staff and tenants in a logical sequence, focusing on the most important and manageable functions first. The implementation and deployment phase includes:

Train users by functional group
Record trainings for future use and access by new personnel
Deliver all documentation
